At Laurence we want to bring back the “old” style of personal customer service. Nothing is too much trouble. We want to make your shopping experience as relaxed and enjoyable as possible.

Come into Laurence and select items that you like and fit you. We will keep a record of these items along with your measurements so that when you send someone in they can pick out the correct items. 

Returns Policy


If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 14 days, and we will offer you an exchange or credit note. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. Goods which have been altered at the customers request cannot be returned unless faulty. 

Out of Hours Shopping


At Laurence we fully understand that it is not always easy in today’s busy world to shop during regular hours, or it may be your wish to have more privacy when shopping. As such please call to make an appointment for your own personal shopping time. 

Stock Support


Many of our suits, trousers, shoes and shirts are supported by excellent stock support service via our suppliers. If we do not have your size we will do our best to ensure we can order it for you. 

Alteration Services


Suits and jackets can be tailored to your personal fit. We use the services of a highly professional tailoring service. Any alterations will usually be ready in 3-5 days. 

Gift Vouchers


 Gift Vouchers available, including shirt vouchers for that “special” occasion gift.
