As always, customer safety and comfort is integral to a positive shopping experience. The Covid-19 pandemic has only further demonstrated this, and we've all had to change the way in which we interact with our high street. Here's what we're doing to ensure both customer and staff safety...
Upon entrance customers are asked to use our alcohol based hand sanitiser. This ensures that customers can freely browse and touch garments in safest possible way.
Distancing rules are changing week-by-week, so we're keeping it simple... Please follow the guidance of our floor signs, and keep a respectful distance from other households.
All garments received in from suppliers or customer returns are steamed and quarantined for 72 hours before being displayed. Additionally, we make sure to steam clean any garments that have been tried on and, where felt it's necessary, put into quarantine.
We make sure to consistently clean down any surfaces used by multiple customers, such as pin pads and changing rooms, with a 95% Isopropyl cleaner.
Some aspects of shopping are more difficult to maintain safe distancing, such as at the till. In order to ensure the safety of both customers and staff, we've installed a cough/sneeze screen at the point of payment.
As of 24th July 2020, it will be compulsory for all shoppers and staff to wear a face mask. If needed, we're providing single-use face masks to customers. These can then be taken and used for the rest of your day.
